The Food and Drug Administration is warning people to stay away from 30 different weight loss products that they say contain unlisted and dangerous ingredients. The ingredients are suspected to cause health problems, and some contain suspected carcinogens.

Most of the diet pills are from China and are being sold primarily over the internet.
