Los Angeles School District No Home Work for Minorities
New Rules is said to help the low-income, minority population compete set kids up for further failure……
In an effort to rectify what the Los Angeles School District see’s as some sort of urban equality issue, the LA Times is reporting that they are forcing the schools to place less importance on homework. In fact, homework will not be allowed to make up more that 10% of a child’s grade.
So instead of teaching these kids how to get out of the ghetto and how to make a better life for themselves they decide to screw them for life? How is letting these kids off the hook going to set them up for a better future?

It’s kind of like welfare. Instead of a hand up to help, along with training/education to get a better job to get out of the welfare dependency, it’s a hand out: “Here, kid. This will make your life (temporarily) easier…don’t you worry about the future; you’re all ours…er, I mean, don’t you worry” Enslavement.
