Obama tries to stop execution of Mexican Rapist & Killer
The Obama administration is trying to block the execution of a Mexican man who murdered and raped a 16 year old girl because they say it would breech international law.
The Obama administration petitioned the US supreme court to put the execution of Humberto Leal Garcia on hold while they attempt to convince Congress to pass a law that would take State rights away and prevent the convicted rapist and murderer and other foreign nationals from being put to death.
Luckily so far Governor Rick Perry of Texas isn’t budging and has said that Texas will put the convicted murderer to death.
The Obama White House has submitted a 30-page brief to the supreme court stating that carrying out of the execution “would place the United States in irreparable breach of its international law obligation.”
I guess President Obama forgot that he was elected President of the United States of America not the world!

He should not only be put to death, but the bill sent to Mexico, if he is a national of that country. President Obama has bent over and bowed down to other countries long enough, he needs to stick up for the USA. What about the girl that was killed? What about her family? If Obama does not want him executed, give a member of the family a metal baseball bat and 05 minutes in the cell with a tired up rapist/murderer!

When does it become treason ? Sharing military secrets with the Chinese, denying the pipeline from Canada, leasing our gulf oil rights to Argentina while denying American access to the same area, rogue executive orders, disregarding military advisors on national security issues, declaring the Constitution outdated … Dear LORD when is this going to end ! Not only must Obama go but all his socialist cohorts trying to socialize our country . Work very very hard to make this happen !
