Does Singulair and other asthma medications cause suicides?

The FDA just released their Bogus findings that asthma drugs, including Merck’s Singulair, are not causing  suicides. Despite their fake findings, officials at the FDA say they are still looking into claims that the medications may be linked to behavioral problems.

So why do we think that these findings are Bogus?

The FDA said that data does not show any association between the popular asthma medications and suicide. What is shocking about the FDA’s Claim is how they came to this conclusion. The FDA in their own statement admits that the studies they reviewed were not designed to detect suicides to begin with. So their so called “Review” semms to be nothing more than a PR Campaign for Merck and the other Drug Companies.

So What are the Dangers of some asthma medications?

A lot of the new asthma medications have been linked to:

• mood changes
• suicidal behavior
• suicide in patients who took Singulair.
• behavioral problems
