Eating a healthy diet
The easiest way to know if your eating a healthy diet is to stop eating processed foods.
What is a healthy Diet:
- You should have at least 5 servings of fruit and vegetables a day
- You should be eating unrefined Whole Grains
- Try to Avoid animal and trans fats, especially trans fats!
- Avoid Creams, butter and other dairy products.
- Eat a diet similar to the Mediterranean way of eating
