Eating a healthy diet

The easiest way to know if your eating a healthy diet is to stop eating processed foods.

What is a healthy Diet:

  • You should have at least 5 servings of fruit and vegetables a day
  • You should be eating unrefined Whole Grains
  • Try to Avoid animal and trans fats, especially trans fats!
  • Avoid Creams, butter and other dairy products.
  • Eat a diet similar to the Mediterranean way of eating
