Cayenne as a medical treatment

If you like things to be a little spicy, try some cayenne peppers. Cayenne peppers can be taken in capsules, used in food, or as powder in water.  Cayenne pepper, when used regularly, is thought to have some anticancer properties.

Cayenne gets it’s healing effects from a substance known as capsaicin. Capsaicin temporarily blocks pain signals from being be sent from your nerves. This chemical can actually relieve pain and itching, and is often very useful in treating arthritis.
