    I am totally confused. I have read that calcium relaxes you. I have just read one statement that it excites the nerves, but magnesium calms the nerves. I have read that magnesium produces energy and that it calms you down. How can it do both? When should I take it? When should I take calcium? Should I take them together or seperately? How do I find out the answers to these questions!?!?!?!!?!?

    i have calcium carbonate400mg and 200mg magnesium oxide for improve sleep i have read mag oxide is hard to digest is this good at night thks

    I have a hard time staying asleep at night(I have sleep apnea) and I take calcium magnesium & zinc. One tablet before bed and I am very drowsy. I wake up rested the next day. 1 tablet is about a 3rd of the reccomended amount( Puritan’a Pride brand).
